Chili Lime Shrimp Bowls

Oh how I love this bowl! Lately I'm making lots of bowls because they are easy to customize to suit every taste and dietary restriction in my family. This recipe is no exception. Everyone can make up their bowl the way they like. If you don't like shrimp substitute cooked ground beef, black beans, chicken or crispy tofu. If you don't want a bowl, roll all the toppings into a taco [hard or soft shell].

The shrimp is succulent, juicy and loaded with garlic flavor. Mixing the riced cauliflower with cooked rice keeps the carb count low but still imparts the subtle texture and flavor enhancement rice accomplishes. Mixing riced cauliflower and cooked rice is a big game changer! I hope you give this recipe a try. Please let me know what you think and what other recipes you'd like to see next.
